Keeping The Wheels Turning
The IoF is committed to supporting members over the long term, so here is our considered response to the various questions we have been posed regarding fairness and consistency. Please contact us if you have any questions, or if you would like to use a service.
- Membership will remain free. There will never be a charge for this.
- CYH broadcast emails will also remain free. They do take time to administer, but that's part of the service to members.
- Members' details are not for direct sale. These remain confidential to the IoF.
- Sponsored CYHs will be allowed. These will be priced at £100 + VAT each and will be sent twice (over two weeks). We will use the Swiftpage package and review quantities sent on a regular basis. We do not wish members to feel spammed and at the same time selling is a natural business activity that we all do. Sponsored CYH messages will be marked as such in the subject line. Non-members may send them as well. We reserve the right to approve all messages to make sure they fall within professional and ethical guidelines.
- Members can become a Sponsor and have their details listed on the IoF site. These listings will cost £100 + VAT for 12 months and can be used to advertise items. A sample is given below of the how details will be presented. Listed members will also have a link from the Roll page to the Sponsors page, so visitors can see they have more details on the site. Listings are not an endorsement of the quality of any products or services advertised.
