CPD DAY

Summary

Our first IoF event was a Continuous Personal Development (CPD) Day, held at Highgate House Hotel on Friday 1st July 2011.

The day was well attended, with 27 delegates for the day and 13 who stayed on for the relaxed dinner afterwards. THANK YOU to all the speakers and delegates - you can say that you were there!

The SPIN groups have been updated too and people invited to a) email the co-ordinator of a group they'd like to join and b) suggest a group that they would like to see added or which they would like to lead.

Delegate Feedback

Delegates scored the day out of 10 and the Mean scores were:

Booking process 6.9

The day overall 8.5

Speakers 8.3

Venue 8.3

Food 8.1

Also a majoriy of delegates opted for the next event to be held in Spring 2012 (42.1%), in preference to either Winter 2011 or Summer 2012.

Comments on the feedback forms were universally positive and supportive and people really did enjoy the day, were pleased that 'something was happening' and wanted it to continue.
