In addition you also agree to abide by the IoF membership rules detailed below. If you wish to leave the organisation, please email us and we will delete your information.
The information we hold about members is not passed on to any third party organisation.
Members may style themselves as MIoF on business cards and letterheads.

MEMBERSHIP RULES & GOVERNANCE
Membership rules are as follows:
1) Members will uphold the ethical, legal and professional practices of their current profession.
2) Members will self-police and will bring to the attention of a Moderator any conduct which may bring the IoF into disrepute. In these cases members may have their membership terminated after a formal warning has been issued and if the unprofessional behaviour continues. These outcomes will be investigated and concluded by the Moderating Panel.
3) Members will not use their MIoF status to imply they have been approved or endorsed by Cranfield University. The IoF is an independent organisation and carries no Cranfield endorsement.
4) Members may not use their MIoF status to misrepresent themselves to other people, or to imply they have greater Cranfield University status than may be the case from their existing qualifications.
5) CYH messages may not be used for direct selling to other members.
6) GOVERNANCE. The organisation will be run by a pool of 5 'Moderators'. This will comprise 2 people from Richard, Nick or Andie (for continuity and admin purposes) with support from 3 volunteers drawn from the membership, who will provide governance and decision making support. Volunteers will be asked to be on the panel for 12 months. If there are more than 3 volunteers, the composition will be decided by 'drawing lots'.
7) Other rules and precedents will be established as required.
MODERATING PANEL for 1st May 2011 to 30th April 2012

Moderation (governance, guidance, support) - TBA x 3
