Clients have the option to use a comprehensive profiling package as part of their developmental programme.
The profile can also be used to support coaching activity.
LaunchPad is suitable for developmental work because it considers personality states and traits. It does not put people into a fixed position, or identify them as a stereotype.
The profile can be easily administered by email, via the internet or on-site on a dedicated computer. Results can be communicated to participants during developmental workshops or coaching sessions.
All profiles are administered within guidelines laid down by the British Psychological Society.
Unique Combination of 9 Profiles in 1 Report
The LaunchPad profile contains a battery of exercises: 7 of which are to do with personality and 2 which assess ability.
The personality exercises are there to help people explore what they do well and how they would like to develop. They are not about ‘right and wrong’ or ‘good and bad’.
The final 2 exercises are timed tests. This means that they can be used to measure likely differences in ability. However, it should be stressed that ‘ability’ needs to be seen in the context of motivation, communication skills and environmental factors.
