Transactional Analysis based Coaching
Coaching skills are a value-adding way to get more from the people in your organisation. We use Transactional Analysis (TA) to enable people to get more out of their coaching.
This is because TA assists the coach in observing reported behaviour, thinking through possible options and then designing and delivering interventions to enable the coachee to make progress.
The coach is able to think more deeply about the situation the coachee is facing and can work with them to identify and remedy the root cause of the problem.
