Overview

Our management programmes have been stepped so they naturally follow each other, allowing you to choose an option that works for you and to build on it when you are ready for the next step.

For example, if you have completed our Award programme you only need to do a further 8 days of input and another work-based assignment to qualify for the Certificate. If you want to go further you can then complete our Diploma programme.

Each one of our unique programmes combines both people skills and improvement tools for increased added value development.

Delegates can also benefit from executive coaching during a programme to help them cement new learning, practice new skills and increase their confidence.

We can also build in the LaunchPad psychometric profile to help give delegates a more objective assessment of their current work styles.

There are no formal entry requirements and delegates tend to be either practicing or aspiring middle or senior managers.

Days can be organised into convenient blocks that can be spread out over a suitable timescale.
